| 208505 | 2004-01-19 09:08:00 | Hi Have just added a CDRW plus DVD Rom to my XP Home system But the Nero software will not let me install the "InCD" module for CDRW drag and Drop. It tells nme that "Veritas Drive Letter Access is installed on my system" and wont go further. I have uninstalled EVERYTHING so far as I can see - Using JV16 Power Tools and thoroughly cleared the Registry and files through the whole system. Can find no trace left of Veritas or Drive letter access references. Yet it still seems to say that it must be uninstalled. Can someone help me get past this without reinstalling Windows TIA Ron |
