| 208499 | 2004-01-19 08:59:00 | if this requires an elaborate answer or the best way is to get the book i'll understand o/s win98 - msword97/msaccess97 i have a data base in access and a standard letter in word - i'd like to enter updated data and parts of records to the letter - e.g. premise names, addresses, salutations, times - as some, without having to edit each letter individually, which as you can imagine, can take some time specially when there are maybe 100 letters each week i wanted to attach a copy of the type of letter but don't know how?? |

| 208500 | 2004-01-19 09:03:00 | You can do a mail merge with the data source being Access. YOur help should give you a start on this. | JohnD (509) | ||
