| 209146 | 2004-01-21 23:45:00 | The easy way of doing what you have suggested is using your MS Excel file as a "Data Source" for a Mail Merge in MS Word. In Word: Tools/Mail Merge In the Mail Merge Window under "Get Data" select "Open Data Source" and find your excel file (you may need to change the data type to find from *.DOC to *.XLS It's easy from there on. This will be the best way if you have may names and addresses in your Excel file... |
