| 209442 | 2004-01-23 03:31:00 | Is this gonna have the same issues as xbox live? high mb costs as it transferrs high mb per hour? almost the whole month allowance in 1-2 hours of playing? or is this gonna be a totally different situation with playstation learning from xbox? playstation2live (www.playstation2.co.nz) I just asking coz me and m8s wanna get a connection so we can use it to play ps2live and not for the internet (sticking to 56k myself) so yeah it would pretty much be a decicated ps2 gaming line but we wont get it if we find that 1 day of usage would be using up all our allowance for the month etc... is that even possible anyway? to deciate a line to ps2 usage? |

Not many people really know if Play station 3 "Live" (I think that is what it is going to be called, I read somewhere or see something on TV about it) going to have the same issues as Xbox, Playstation has not yet (as far as I am aware, I have not read any thing more on this) said how there system is going to work… So I think we will have to wait & see >or is this gonna be a totally different situation with > playstation learning from xbox? | 209445 | 2004-01-23 04:26:00 | I have a work mate who has been playing live for 7 days now from when he finishes work and gets home till 3am ( bar sunday when he played all day and night ) and when he checked his cap yesterday he was @ 150mb and is using a 2gb cap account! I only hope for him ( as he's not very literate in terms of MB vs GB etc ) that he didn't miss-understand and herd 1.5gb and he thought 150mb... :) |

| 209446 | 2004-01-23 04:30:00 | r u sure this aint xbox live as ps2 live aint due to be released till march 2004 but there are a few "guinea pigs" at the moment to ensure the system works fine b4 a full public release... u better check wif him to recheck as wouldnt want him to have misread that to be 150mb or 1.5gig... |
