209552 2004-01-23 09:24:00 Hi,
In word I can post an voice comment in a document. I can also email a document direct from word. I am unable to transmit the voice comment.
Suggests/solutions please?

209553 2004-01-23 10:30:00 worked for me ok using insert object (choose wave sound).... sound recorder comes up.. record message.... save document, then send however I did not use the inbuilt e-mail feature in office (I used pegasus mail) one comment through the old "test 1 2 3 4" produced a file 114kb in size I would hope that the voice comment you are embedding is not that long or the person you are sending to is very understanding :D beama (111)

209555 2004-01-23 17:29:00 How did you insert the voice comment - just by embedding a sound file?

In WordXP there is a speech option that repeats text back to you. I cant remember if this Office 2000 though.
