My friend recently bought a laptop.IT has a radeon 9600 64mb ram and when the laptop boots up he said that the computer displayed an error saying this graphics card radeon 9600 has caused a major error.He went and download the latest update and after installing the latest driver the computer (running windows xp) the computer automatically restarts and runs through the memory test until it gets to the part where it says running windows xp.The laptop screen goes black and blank.Is this a hardware of a software problem?
My friend only bought his laptop for a few days.IF he is unhappy with his laptop am i right that he can get a refund?Its not his fault.Hes not very happy with new plymouth bond and bond |
