Wed 28th, 11am, received Feb magazine in mail (Hamilton). 1:30pm found some missing and some duplicated pages. 1:50pm phoned IDG subscriptions (freephone, Auckland), left message on answerphone giving details etc. Thur 29th, 11am mail, received replacement magazine (complete with another CDRom) Thank you IDG for the prompt efficient service. Excellent magazine, excellent service. :) :) |
