| 210986 | 2004-01-29 08:51:00 | I am being driven absolutely frigen nuts by my task bar! After coming back from watching a little TV I find my task bar 2 sizes too big. No sweat I think I can reduce it down to size. Nope. Its stuck at the too fat option, can go fatter, but not smaller :O I then tried disabling the quick launch, that allowed me to drag it back to its normal size. Thinking its now OK tried putting quick launch back on, but the ruddy task bar goes fat again X-( ! Tried deleting quick launch items and putting them back… but no use! I also notice that when a window is open, e.g. Netscape, I can’t see my taskbar at all. Netscape window covers all. Please… someone tell me what I’m missing here. My taskbar wont stay in its normal 'thin' state, and support quicklaunch at the same time! Running XP pro! This experience kinda reminds me of what this guy is going through www.drivemeinsane.com |

| 210987 | 2004-01-29 08:57:00 | the little sqiggle beside the quck launch icon,if they have been messed with it can sometimes cause the double sized taskbar.This is due to the sqiggle siitting above the other one. try and grab it with the mouse and move it. the squiggle is probally better decribed as a row of dots that seperate the icons from the rest of the taskbar. i suck as describing stuff.... |
