| 1333213 | 2013-03-18 07:37:00 | My galaxy Y just gives me a white screen when i turn it on I have removed the battery several time and managed to get it working briefly so i could copy my contacts out but as soon as it goes to sleep it gives the white screen next time any ideas?? time for an upgrade |

| 1333219 | 2013-03-18 20:22:00 | It'll just pull down your contacts, reinstall the apps (If you ticked Yes to having your phone backed up when you first sent it out), but you'll lose things like in-game progress. Try this app, it's what I use for backing up SMS messages: play.google.com Just back it up then have your phone send an email to you with the .xml file it makes. It'll then happily reimport all your messages later onto the new phone :) |
