1355439 2013-10-08 05:26:00 Would be nice to have WT giving some hint of what is the least repaired machine(laptop) in his workshop?

Gonna do this before answering:

5226

What are the least repaired :

The Answer:

DELL's and lenovo.

But thats because there are not a lot of them about. The more popular the brand the more chance of seeing them.

I advise either Lenovo or ASUS.

1355441 2013-10-08 06:13:00 Is the ~1900x1080 display normal nowadays. I though it was 1200? Reason for the 1080's? notechyet (4479)
1355442 2013-10-08 06:47:00 MSI stands for Microstar International. They've been making components for a while but are reasonably new to laptops.

1920x1080 is a 16:9 aspect ratio resolution 1920x1200 is a 16:10 aspect ratio resolution. Both are fully supported but 16:9 is more common.

Watch out, lot's are only 1366x768 which is way to low on a 15/17.
