| 211684 | 2004-01-31 01:54:00 | I am trying to help a friend who has bought a program called Richmastery Property Manager. He is unable to install the software or use it,I have installed it my PC as a test and it installs the 30day trial version ok. when he installs it on his PC it by passes the agreement, user name and password entry panel and goes to the end but wont start from icon. I think his first install went wrong and now it has some protection left on his PC stopping him from doing a good clean install, can anyone tell me where to find such keys to remove and allow another clean install,I have removed all entrys for richmastery in reg using jv16 power tools on my pc as a test and removed and tried reinstall and now mine is like my friends except it allows me to use it at the end, again it know a copy has been installed before. He has paid them $700 for full rights with no help from them for this problem. We are both using XP op system, any help, john. |
