| 211157 | 2004-01-30 00:24:00 | At our work we have several kyocera printers. When we print an online form some of the fields are missing. I have installed the latest kyocera drivers and the latest version of Internet Explorer without success. The strange thing is when I change the printer driver to a 'HP 4L' the website form prints fine but then we get problems in other software like word. If anybody has any ideas I would love to here them. We run windows 2000 and XP. cheers Cameron |

| 211158 | 2004-01-30 01:27:00 | Try using the Standard 'HP LaserJet 4' driver. I have had similar problems with Kyocera printers on Win98/2k & XP. Using this driver I haven't had any problems printing from any programs. |
