You can easy do this using TweakUI:
TweakUI for Win95/98/ME/NT/2000 (www.wown.com)

TweakUI for XP (www.microsoft.com)

The first screenshot I posted was from my Fedora Linux computer. The font is called "Child's Play" which I found on kde-look.org. I like the easy looking style of it and I have it as my default font through out KDE. Your link for fontifier looks interesting, might have to give that a try :)
