| 211678 | 2004-01-31 00:44:00 | Since the hardware problem caused a complete reinstall of Windows 98 is the on my computer, my dictation software Dragon seven has not worked properly in word. Since then the only way to correct in word has been too choose verbally, a mouse click no longer works. But even more annoying I can no longer copy from Word and paste into the body of an e-mail. When you go to edit, paste is not available, neither does control v work. I can send it from Word, but this is an inconvenience as sometimes the text has to go in the middle of something. Any ideas? | 211679 | 2004-01-31 01:08:00 | After reinstalling (over the top of the existing copy assumedly) Windows 98, did you reinstall all your applications such as Word etc? You need to install everything again to get the registry updated. |

| 211681 | 2004-01-31 03:17:00 | Did they reload from scratch? (Format-reinstall?) Did you supply them with all your original applications disks (Word etc?) I would be suspicious they only did a repair over the top. |
