212218 2004-02-02 00:15:00 Windows XP home. When I open My Docs. from the desk top I have in it several folders and pictures and text items which I have downloaded from the net. When I go to an application , say Adobe photo deluxe and then get My docs. it has only the folders not the rest of the items. Even if I slide an item into a folder and then try it has the same result even though the item is definitely in there. ? BobM (1138)
212219 2004-02-02 00:32:00 Usually when you go into a program and then try to open a file from within it, it will only list the files that that program can open.

i.e. If you have 20 files in My Docs but only 2 of them are pdf's, when you go into Adobe Acrobat and try to open a file from My Docs it will only show those 2 files (and any folders)
