| 212997 | 2004-02-05 07:35:00 | In the past few weeks I have had some trouble setting up my Notebook using a WLB-1100 Cameo adapter,I have since replaced it with one from DSE which is working fine. My problem is that since all the installs and removal of drivers and software the now working adapter is showing up as number 6,is it possible to remove all record of the other 5 failed attempts and have the working one as number 1.there is only one shown in device manager.it looks like any time a network connection either fixed or wireless is deleted the next one becomes a number higher. Using XP pro on a Clevo p4 2.6 notebook. Any help thanks, John. |
