Then you could stop people with radio beam detection devices from getting to close by arresting them for trespass. You could claim OSH regulations for getting rid of trespassers.
Maybe the roof or the herringbone rails could be used as an aerial.
Does anyone here remember the Nazi ads on tv regarding tv license?
They had one with "there may be a tv detection van in your area now"
I am proud to say I never paid one cent towards a tv license I just told them when they rung the tv was broken.

213191 2004-02-08 09:57:00 A few things come to mind:

1. Why couldnt Woosh see the IP that was violating the terms, match it to account XYZ, and just kill the account rather than hunt thru the bush for some shed?

2. Why not join your local Wireless group? Some share the internet wirelessly...

3. There's only so much you can encrypt. Why not just run an OS from Knoppix? Put 512MB RAM in the thing and run Knoppix, who needs to fork out for a HDD... You could make a PC for under $700 without a worry!!!

Yer, brilliant! The bunker might start to stink after a while though? :)

They would be likely to do that, but then the people just make a new account? ;) No problemo. The idea for the computer's real location to be hidden is to keep anonymity and any liabilites away.
