| 213955 | 2004-02-09 08:21:00 | When i shut down my computer nortons antivirus doesnt respond...and it has to wait for me to click cancel on some not responding thing then computer resumes normal shutdown process, i know NAV works coz it scans my emails when they come and go as normal... but y is it not responding at shutdown? am using winxp home |

| 213959 | 2004-02-09 21:21:00 | Did you realise one of the Internet Options is to enable Automatic Live Update, could let you have another 5 or 10 minutes longer in bed in the morning. Re your problem pretty sure have seen this one in the Nortons Support Documents service1.symantec.com |
