| 214319 | 2004-02-10 07:56:00 | Its nothing revolutionary. Its just Voice over IP (VoIP) by the look of it. You need a high speed broad band connection (as most of the US use anyway) and the phone "circuits" streamed over it tend to be quite low quality, with lag. |
