Yup, I know, but I only installed Roxio after exhausting all the other measures suggested Metla, interesting - I'll do a search for that tonight. Although the fact that I can burn okay with Roxio might suggest this isn't the culprit. The whole deal feels like there is a dll issue somewhere. The Nero tech support guy has now come back asking me to use their infotool to do a report on my setup. Which would be a good suggeston if I hadn't in fact done that and sent the resulting text file at the very beginning. |

| 214141 | 2004-02-12 03:29:00 | Hi Bruce, pretty piss poor service. As a long shot how about uninstalling the INCD portion of the Nero package? Ive heard some funny things happening with that installed. At least it may knock that out of the equation and anythings worth a try. Also, Ive seen a thread on another forum & it seems there may be command line switches available when starting Nero. Perhaps the people at Behind could advise you of these as an option when executing the application. |
