Could you please tell me what tick I have to take out or put in for future pleasures. I get the following message:- 'OE removed access to the following attachments in your mail:' Regards john |

Start OE click on TOOLS | OPTIONS | SECURITY then unselect the radio-button option "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus". Click OK to close your options and then you will be able to open those attachments. However it is a good idea to normally have the option ticked, and just change it for those emails you want.
