| 215204 | 2004-02-13 10:28:00 | That's a nice wee article, all of those features I use :-) Too right there DD, I agree. Personally, I despise surfing with IE now due to the excessive amount of popups there are on the web! Just something I noticed.. In firefox, the "page loading" indicator is still a bird... Bird... Fox.. Bird.. Fox... Why hasnt it changed? Chill. |

In firefox, the "page loading" indicator is still a bird... Bird.. . Fox.. Bird.. Fox.. . Why hasnt it changed? So thats what it is! It looks like one of those old farm tool thingys to me, a scyth? I think thats what its called, they used them to cut the wheat by hand. Might be time to visit the optician methinks. :D |

I did realise that it was supposed to be a bird-like object but it was very subtle. This of course leads to another good reason to use Firefox (however shallow :p), and that is the variety of themes that are available which are self-installing and selectable at a click of a mouse. Some of the themes have their own little page-loading icon - Orbit Green has a green M (I think) which jumps up and down until a foot steps on it??!, and Silverskin 1.5 has a large red O which looks awfully like a Opera browser icon and spins as the page loads. |
