After updating my Nvidia GeForce4 MX420 drivers (using xp pro), i have come across a small annoyance, basically before updating my drivers i had an icon i was using on my start menu - My Docs, never had any probs with it and have pretty much had it/changed it since i got XP (couple of years back) - however now when i try to put it in there i get an error message saying it is not a valid windows file, i can o.k the error and it will change, however on reboot its always back to default My docs icon again... Is there any way i can make it be recognised as a windows file?? Also no probs with the same icon in the quicklaunch bar as previous to driver upgrade??? Does any body know why the drivers have affected this??? Or a work around to enable me to use the icons i want?? Cheers |
