People on long term ACC should be watched by private detectives to see they dont build retaining walls and go mountain biking etc when the ****s supposedly too hurt to return to work. I think the wage and costs you could pay a detective who could look at the activities of about 50 or so people who could selected by profiling bad backs and would have a massive return on investment. These people caught would lose their ACC for life and be jailed and still pay ACC levies for no return on their release from jail I think Digby just gotta go after the serial bad backs to make the sysem work. Plus define accident and get rid of people claiming illness and numbnutz things like pregnancy as an accident. Now this is something we do agree on, I fully agree there are too many hangers on, on ACC's books |

Its the fact that professionals such as doctors and engineers can hide behind ACC and not be sued for mal practice As I said if was that great Shirley a few other countries would have copied it ? |
