1334017 2013-03-25 20:37:00 Slightly OT, but some historical blunders have been made with these new fangled gadgets.

The image shows President Nixon's personal secretary demonstrating how it was possible for her to "accidentally" erase those incriminating tapes:



She was concentrating on typing at the time;
Her left foot was operating the remote switch for the dictation / tape machine;
She leant backwards to answer the phone;
Her hand missed picking up the phone handset;
Instead her hand found the erase button;
She was able to press two keys simultaneously to erase.



Earlier late night TV shows had a field day with arms and legs in all sorts of impossible configurations!
