1477988 2021-06-17 21:53:00 Got an email from them to do a Colmar Brunton survey, thought why not.

Halfway through get the attached question.

Wouldn't surprise me if that's what they did in this country to be honest.

1477989 2021-06-18 00:30:00 Yeah, I got a 'Customer Satisfaction' survey from my bank, which in fact was a thinly veiled attempt to determine whether I intended to roll over my term deposits or withdraw them.

They aren't really surveys, they're testing the waters for what they can get away with.

1477990 2021-06-18 00:45:00 I don't object to that sort of question.
They're gauging the reaction first.
Not just going ahead and doing it...so answer as you will....it's feedback.

With regards to your comment, we went in last week to update IRD nos. with the three banks, they got crisscrossed somewhere in the pipeline.

They even told us we had term deposits maturing and showed us under profile section on how to update the terms required, nothing said about withdrawing said sums.

Bl**dy shocking rates, think I have mentioned before, those rates applied back in the 1950's .5% on term and 1% on loans.

Farmers' also got a pound for a pound of wool, now they are storing it.
