| 1473691 | 2020-12-16 00:17:00 | I have had a glitch with Facebook (sigh!). I mostly use my tablet and have lost all my friends and groups. However, they are present on my Desktop. Can anyone please help me transfer theem from the PC to the tablet? I have tried "send to device" but I cannot see them on the tablet. TIA Bryden |

They arnt stored on the PC or tablet It sounds like theres an issue with your tablets facebook app Try logging off the tablets FB a/c, then log back in. On the tablet updating the tablet FB app uninstall & reinstall the tablet FB app use a 3rd party tablet FB app (I use Tinfoilhat) use the tablets browser to access FB or , maybe wait a day or so. Sometimes the temp issue is at FB's end |

Bryden Very strange The facebook app shouldnt be the cause of scam FB messages (could be wrong) , unless someone else is using that tablet or the tablet was hacked (unlikely) or your FB a/c has been hacked : more likely . Change your FB password , while you still can . anyway, if you dont have the FB App on the tablet , then you wont be able to (easily) see FB groups & friends :-) |
