I'm with them and not one single problem. :confused: I’d been with them for years too without a problem, but a couple of years ago they upgraded their own website and I started having the odd problem. To their credit though they fixed them all without a major malfunction. However, recently I noticed that I hadn’t had any traffic, so wondered if my Site was down? When I tried to hook on, the same way you would, I got all sorts of messages that it was blocked because the site was dangerous etc. Tried another Browser, same response. Got onto OpenHost and got a right run-around until I got someone who knew what he was doing. Within seconds he established that the SSL Certificate hadn’t been renewed despite being paid for and promptly fixed the problem. Then a few days later I thought I’d check again and all was fine. It then occurred to me I hadn’t checked a .nz site that links to the main .co.nz one. Dashboard said it was enabled, but no way was it going past the “oops” stage. Back onto OpenHost and no response for 4 days, so back onto them I go only to be told that the name registration had lapsed, and was on the open market. Well that shot the BP to 200/100. Every bill has been paid on time and there has never been any correspondence, of any sort, suggesting that there was money outstanding. I was then informed that I would have to buy my Domain Name back from the open market and $53 plus GST would do that. Up went the BP again which in turn triggered my intention to unceremoniously dump them. Personally, I think the problems are more about the accounts department than the technical department, but that’s not my problem. :mad: |

And comments abound that say customer service has gone downhill since. So it's not just you. |
