| 1472950 | 2020-11-13 00:06:00 | Windows 7 for the OS is generally easy :) Two ways - Either by Command prompt in safe mode www.top-password.com OR a loty easier way -- Download Lazesoft Recover My Password www.lazesoft.com make the bootable media, boot from it, select the account and simply remove it. There's other software that's better but they are not free. BIOS -- Thats another matter, how long did you leave out he Battery ? Assume the mains power was off / Out as well ? |

| 1472951 | 2020-11-13 00:26:00 | BIOS... Took out the battery for about 3 min. Power cord was pulled out, too. After the battery was reinserted, the system date is gone. but still need Password to to enter BIOS. HP Recovery too, needs password. |
