| 1472671 | 2020-11-02 22:41:00 | It must be running in the background, use task manager to exit the app completely. See if you don't have an icon in the taskbar which you have overlooked, it should be right-clicked and select what you want, exit or show. |

When i restarted that evening -all ok Still working Ok today so i am pleased - no idea of why initial update caused no access issue |
