Why she says, not yours, he died I said. Sorry she said and did it immediately, saying she was wiping the no notice fee (didn't know there was one)....and it was done there and then. Found them better with faults too, the bot bit, well just type nonsense it gives up and gives you the Click For a Human pretty quick...Do you know if there is a way of saving a conservation with the Vodafone TOBi.? |

I know for a FACT they record every Phone call, had that happen a few years back, on a dispute they sent me the complete conversation in .mp4 One reason they record conversations as often people call up and say they were told {Insert what ever it is} and they can go back and play it, and tell you or send you exactly what was said as often people get it wrong. In My case it was used against them as I was 100% correct in what they said. As for Tobi - its bound to be recorded you may have to ask for it. The UK version says support.vodafone.co.uk |
