1473764 2020-12-18 23:34:00 One of my Microsoft 365 Outlook PST files has decide it will not open :(

I have been goggling how to repair a Microsoft 365 Outlook PST file, but all the results have been for early versions of outlook.

Any ideas?

1473765 2020-12-19 03:18:00 As long as its actually a .pst, theres a scanpst.exe in the Office folder:

support.microsoft.com (support.microsoft.com) works for Office 2007 onwards ( including 365)

1473768 2021-01-20 19:45:00 All my email accounts are OST these days. Microsoft and Orcon. Orcon used to be a PST when it was POP3 but I changed it to IMAP and it's now an OST. paulw (1826)
1473769 2021-01-20 23:39:00 I use Colour Categories extensively which OST format does not feature despite Microsoft Community members over a long period asking for that feature.

My brief period trying o cope with OST hugely frustrated me. Eventually i manged to get back to POP which was a great relief.
Previously Microsoft Engineers tried to create a workaround in OST to enable Colour Categories for me. They had to give up
