| 1473551 | 2020-12-09 09:53:00 | I tried to open ire fox today mand had big problem as it wouldn't open. I reinstalled it still no good So i turned off my bit defender free addition and it would open I never had a problem in 4 years. So i can add exclusion in the add file box ( but which file in the modzilla fire fox file do i need to put in file box ) Thanks |

| 1473554 | 2020-12-09 19:45:00 | So i turned off my bit defender free addition and it would open Uninstall Bitdefender Free . Thats quite a buggy AV . I have it on my work PC : it needs to be uninstalled & re-installed far to often due to serious issues with it . |

| 1473556 | 2020-12-10 09:35:00 | Try using a portable version of Firefox to see if it is an operating system problem or your installed Firefox that is the problem (uninstalling your Firefox and reinstalling will not repair a damaged profile). The portable version can be installed to the desktop or anywhere you please and will not upset your original Firefox version as long as you don't make the folder for the portable the same as your original version. You can just delete the portable firefox folder when you are finished and it will be gone from your computer no uninstall from multiple locations required. portableapps.com |
