Driving me crazy. :badpc::crying:confused:Any suggestions welcome HP Laptop. general things to try try outlook in safe mode : outlook.exe /s . If that works, remove (not disable) outlook comm addins (in settings) Full repair (not quick repair) Uninstall & re-install delete the outlook profile & start again : resetup set Outlook to uncached mode . If you have ALOT of email (say 15G + ) , that sometimes causes issues with syncing/downloading from 365. If uncached fixes it, it often means OST or profile corruption Uninstall any 3rd party AV or internet security run a full surface scan on the HD check internet speed, check for micro outages in internet . If using wifi , try connecting via ethernet cable |

Also, I think you'll need a backup (spinbackup.com) option for it as well. Because that sounds like a potential data loss situation to me. | devintristan (17731) | ||
