215664 2004-02-15 05:06:00 What would I include in a batch file, to cut all the files of a certain type (in this case .mp3) to a certain folder, and then delete the original files (so basically like a cut operation)

ie:
d:\new kazaa\*.mp3
to
d:\mp3's\

all while preserving the long filenames of course.

thanks

215666 2004-02-15 05:36:00 Why not just drag & drop in Explorer? It will do exactly what you want without the fuss.

215667 2004-02-15 09:17:00 cause I like to keep my kazaa folder empty, can't have anybody downloading from you. so I have to do it very often, sounds like the perfect candidate for a batch file. Jamezo (1062)
215668 2004-02-15 09:20:00 ok, that worked. thank you very much. Jamezo (1062)

LMAO

But remember, he's using kazaa. Nobody cares about kazaa anymore as its full of rubbish fake files.

Besides on the off-chance we see ourselves uploading to Jamezo we can go "cancel leecher upload".
