| 215530 | 2004-02-14 22:05:00 | There is no OPTIONAL password for OE mail accounts. To login to a mail server it requires a password. Are you talking about an additional Xtra mail address which is just an alias for the original and mail to this is sent to the first one. |

| 215531 | 2004-02-14 22:36:00 | In OE click on edit/switch identities and a card will pop up with all e-mail addresses you have. (I have two) on the same card is the option to require a password. On my secondry mail box,when I click it, another card comes up asking for my password. I do not have a password, I have never had a pasword.It is possible that when I set up my new computer last month I accidently put something in the set password box. God only knows what. At present I have my mail set up so all mail comes to my main box, but it's a bit of a pain when I want to send from my secondry account. Jack |
