| 216012 | 2004-02-16 21:25:00 | Hi all, Can anyone help me locate some institutions in Auckland where I can study computer repair courses, preferable part time. I know enough already to be dangerous around a computer and I would like to be confident enough to start repairing from home. Also I would be prepared to learn on the job if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful...thanks. |

Have been looking at doing an A+ course and was wondering if its worth it as I can already build comps and am not bad at trouble shooting. Also how much is the > course. > Thanks When I did my A+ last year I was surprised at how simple it was.. now I am kicking myself I did not just go in and sit the exams rather then pay for study etc.. I then went on to do network+ which looked like it was going to be a challange but when test time came it was simple enough, just a matter of reading each answer carefully, and according to my report only got one question wrong. My only comment on the A+ exams is that the graphics suck badly!! alot of imagination is needed to figure them out. Also the A+ is not the best to get, unless your jobs NEED it, you would be beter doing a MSCE or a BIT. |
