215977 2004-02-16 09:59:00 Hi all.

I've had a good old look around for the drivers for this modem and after many failed attemps I'm here. It is an old Rockwell (Connexant) modem, with this on the chip:

RC288DPi

I've done countless google searches and am still empty-handed. Linuxant doesn't seem to support this old model, maybe someone knows where I can find some Linux drivers for this modem?

215979 2004-02-17 05:15:00 What a real hardware modem... if set with the right combination of jumpers, being a hardware modem, Linux should recognise it no problem. What Linux is it? Dolby Digital (160)
