Doesn't look like you've got the command typed out correctly - make sure you have all the spaces etc in place.

215885 2004-02-17 03:24:00 If somebody is annoying you on the polytech network, don't retaliate.

The system adminstrators will put a stop to it if they are informed of it.

If you try these "smart" methods of retaliation, you could get into trouble yourself.

The network is there for coursework. The "conditions of use" you (and the annoyers) have to comply with will rule out malicious use.

215887 2004-02-19 10:25:00 Haha it so fun to spam fellow classmates with crazy messages lol MrBeef (342)
215888 2004-02-19 14:50:00 See if you can start up a telnet service on their machine, then telnet into that machine. Then type the commands as you normally would and your effectively spamming them from someone else's machine. This way they don't know who is really doing it. ]:) PoWa (203)

215890 2004-02-20 00:16:00 Well, for starters what OS do they use, and do you have admin priviledges on that particular machine? PoWa (203)
215891 2004-02-20 00:24:00 This thread (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz) has some more nfo. Still if you have win2k/xp you can telnet into them and have some fun. PoWa (203)
215892 2004-02-20 00:26:00 Here's (grc.com) another way to stop the Messanger service.

Don't know if you need admin rights on the PC.
