| 216400 | 2004-02-18 07:19:00 | Hi all, whenever i launch the Norton systemworks main thingy whatsit, it tries to install norton ghost, and then complains it cant find a certain file. i have tried re-installing the whole thing and it keeps doing it, and, when i re-installed norton, it told me that it couldnt find the installer file for Norton Ghost, and then did the same thing when i tried to launch it. (repeatedly clicking cancel when that window comes up works, but i cant seem to actually install the damn thing properly.) if anyone can help me, then please do! | agent_24 (4330) | ||

| 216402 | 2004-02-18 20:13:00 | That is not normal behaviour from SystemWorks. I suggest you explore the Symantec knowledgebase and if you find nothing, post a question for Symantec techs to answer. I have found them reasonably prompt and quite helpful in the past. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
