I have reinstalled office XP on a reformatted hard drive. XP tells me Outlook has encountered problems on starting and closes. Detect and repair does not fix problem |

Lol a polite error message, not very helpfull though. Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling Outlook? |

Several times. Even after uninstalling etc XP knows there has been a previous problem and starts outlook in safe mode so there must be a log or setting that is not deleted which xp detects. |
