Ummm - I think... OS/2 - it was initially to be named OS/3 when Bill and IBM where in collaboration?

MS dropped OS/2 at 1.x, there was still support in NT3.x/4 via virtual machines(hint) -later ones I'm not too sure on. MS wanted to drop OS/2 developement wholesale if you read the "Road Ahead" by BG.
