| 216744 | 2004-02-20 04:03:00 | Might be all one problem, or 2 separate problems. The CRC check indicates the actual program file you are trying to install is corrupted. If its on CD, try cleaning the CD. That can cause the second error, as the program fails to operate correctly due to the corrupt file, however the second error can also be that the old 16 bit program will not run under XP. Put a shortcut to the program on the desktop, and right click it. Select properties and compatability. Try running it as Windows 95. If its the first problem even that will not help. |
