| 217476 | 2004-02-22 11:39:00 | Ok, So I've got these headphones right, which i bought, right. THey have a mic on the side right. So I plug them into my DSE XH1154 modem and try to use the dialer that comes with win2k, but it doesn't work. The plugs are in the right 'oles and the volume is up. I can hear the person at the other end talking but I sound muffled and far away, and if I said "hello" you would only here "ell" Do I need a 3rd party app, or am I looking at this the wrong way? Hands free would be kickass, and I don't have the money to buy that farmers speakerphone. Also, an I have two sound devices going at the same time. Cos like, I want to have my headphones and mic running through the modem, but I still want games sounds running through the speakers. |
