| 217369 | 2004-02-22 07:31:00 | Ok guys and gals, I am totally sick of windows media player and am looking to ditch it out of my system for something else. I have a large amount of music and videos and want something that will handle these easily and in many different formats ( codecs ) Any suggestions out there?? Is there any to avoid? Please don't suggest real player as I won't put that anywhere near my PC thanks. I have also tried Musicmatch Jukebox but got sick of it trying to get me to buy songs all the time. |

| 217373 | 2004-02-24 03:28:00 | I dont see what ur problem with windows media player is, iohave tried winamp and a host of others but i always found win media player was the best of the lot especially now with the new miniplayer controls when u minimise it w00t, not having to maximise the window to do anything to the music i can just keep workin and change songs as i want | robert6655 (5176) | ||

| 217376 | 2005-05-23 11:52:00 | I would use Winamp 5.09c (i think that is the lastest version) to play your .mp3's, .wma's or any music source and keep Windows Media Player to play movies/videos when needed, don't add them to your library or anything like that, it just becomes a hassle. Personal preferance here of course :P Winamp isn't a very good movie player, its just not its thing. | ProMaz (34) | ||
