| 218109 | 2004-02-27 05:31:00 | The HP 600 series Deskjet would not print if the colour cartridge was empty, suggest check Epson FAQ's to see if your model suffers from a similar problem | FrankS (257) | ||

| 218113 | 2004-02-27 22:59:00 | Have just been onto site and can download no problem My computer set up with a folder "Web Downloads" and all downloads automatically saved to this folder. Will have a hunt to see how this was set up and come back to you. Re dust, my routine is to run the vacuum soft brush over the exterior of all components at least once a month. The most important is keeping the ventilation cooling air intakes clear |

| 218114 | 2004-02-28 01:24:00 | I use Netscape which under Download are 2 alternatives, Open a progress dial or Don't open anything. Presume Internet Explorer has similar. If you have don't open anything set presume during download you will not see anything and the file will be somewhere in your computer. The XP driver takes about 20 mins to download with a 56 k modem. Suggest you go to site click on blue SC6162 54BMP.exe (4.77Mb) and leave downloading for time required to suit your modem, then carry out a search for the file. This should tell you where your downloads are placed for future reference. Suggest you use setting Open a progress dial or equivelant as it will tell you how long the download will take plus where it will be found. | FrankS (257) | ||

| 218116 | 2004-02-28 01:52:00 | Epson drivers do seem to need to be reloaded from time to time. I know that shouldn't be necessary. ;-) BTW, I also wonder where Epson get the idea that they're entitled to make a printer port an "Epson Printer Port". :O | Graham L (2) | ||
