It will have no effect on a contract entered into under the present options. Having said that its probably still cheaper under some options than the present price structure, even with the $10 added. Under the new pricing structure I expect that the separation of ISP and Telecom Access charges will disappear. You will probably only see one ISP charge which covers both parts. They can't arbitrarily change terms and conditions significantly or pricing without first advising you. Nobody can in this country, its a matter of Consumer law. |
