Godfathers right, have a look at DSE.
I think they may be a little more expensive than QMB though.

Here's the one I believe we purchased that came with Linux drivers on the CD:

218817 2004-02-28 20:45:00 The standard PCI Lucent Win Modem will work with Linux.
There is a driver for it and it works well.
Do a Google.
