| 1356922 | 2013-10-23 10:04:00 | Do you mean Olympus DSS Pro?? If you do it may not be compatible with Outlook 2010 (answers.microsoft.com). Is Outlook 32 or 64 bit? Have you checked to see if there are any updates from the Olympus site for this program? |

Note that it is now up to version 6. |
