That would be nice, but with the coalition likely to take the election, all our aus fiber dreams will be quashed.

Where I live there is only adsl2+ available to the public, even that is only around 2-10mbps. My work has 10Gbps dark fiber but don't get any faster than 30mbps over internet. Pretty much the same speed as the LTE here.
